Is there a way to have a landing page like the Event Listing page, but only for titles in a specific season? Any thoughts?

We had a special lecture series that wanted to allow their attendees to get tickets online, but not have to scroll through all our other performances. The solution we came up with was to build another web MOS. We set up this MOS on these specific performances only and grant access to the price types you might need. Then we built a special source code and created a promotion in TR_WEB_SOURCE_NO in system tables, then set the promo to the MOS you just created. Then you can create an embedded link with the source code or the specific promo code you might assign to it. Then when that link is used, the embedded source/promo then triggers the MOS shift and the customer will only have access to the shows that are available to that MOS.
Also, if you want a vanity link that doesn't have all that special html code in it for you to send out in mailers, the people who host your main organizational webpage should be able to create a vanity link with your main url but will link to the embedded source/promo code link.
