Hello!
I was curious if anyone had developed a way to search multiple performances simultaneously online. One of the major complaints from our Patron Survey is when people's dates are flexible, they have to go into each performance individually to view seat availability. This has become a great area of frustration, specifically for multi-week Broadway productions.
I'm open to hearing any solutions to this problem! FYI we are not currently on TNEW.

I'm pretty sure TNEW's not going to do it. As to programming your own website, there's nothing to stop you making multiple API calls to gather availability from multiple performances, although if you are doing SYOS then you are multiplying the possibility that after pulling the information to present to the customer someone else reserves some of those seats.
The real difficulty here is defining how the interface for this works.
That's a good point regarding someone reserving the seats in the meantime. As for the interface, I was envisioning having multiple drop-downs that search either by price zone, days of the week, or times of performance (mat or evening). As for the coding, I'll have to challenge my web developer with that one!
We're still in the early brainstorming stages right now so I am all ears...
