Am trying to have a play with the REST client. Have tried using a number of our web user account but no matter what credentials I use it comes back with:
Response Status : 400 : Bad Request, Response Time : 0 ms.
Invalid Credentials. Please contact your Tessitura administrator for valid credentials.
Could there be some permissions issue or configuration problem preventing me using the client? If we use the tessitura client or SOAP API it works fine. It's only when I try to access it via the browser client.

One thought, is your user value formatted as userid:group:machinelocation?

Ah, didn't realise it had to be that format, was just using the username by itself. Works now.
