Seatserver Error

Hi,

I am getting the following error through the API. 

 

TESSITURA_SEATSERVER_EXCEPTION:Error 18456

I know it has to do with "best seating" but I have no idea where to set this setting in the ticketing manager in Tessitura... any ideas?

    SQL Error 18456 is Login Failed.

     

    I would check to verify that your web.config points to the correct seat server (TEST/LIVE/DEV?) and the seat server connection string has a valid SQL Connection/credentials.
