Relationships created from the Web

Is anyone allowing customers to create Tessitura relationship from the web.

Things like child parent relationships in particular.

We'd like to see a little about what this might look like on the web site.

  • Hi Tom,

On the Kennedy Center website, if you are part of a household you can add additional primary members to the household.   We have not done anything with child records.  How it works is you request that someone be added to your household account and an email invitation is sent to the person.  If the person accepts, then that second record is created added to the household.  We’re working out language etc. because we’ve ended up with quite a few households with just one person.

    Best,

    Tanya

    Hi Tom –

Our Academy registration purchase path allows child records to be created which are affiliated with the parents’ household. It also converts individual records to households when a patron registers their child for the first time. The website calls a local procedure which creates the record and the affiliation. If you’d like to know more I can certainly get you that information.

    Thanks!
