Since there isn't a TNMP forum, I thought I'd ask here since many TNEW users use TNMP as well. I've been reading up on the "My Ticket Feature" functionality and would really like to use it. I'm probably way over-thinking this but, is it really as simple as using an existing ticket design element number in Tessitura and then the bar code element ID? My brain wants to say it's not that easy but it would be awesome if it really was. Is anyone using the My Ticket Feature yet? How are your scanners reading the bar code? We have found that the PDF of PAH tickets is not easy for our N-SCAN readers to see on a patron's phone.

I can offer literally nothing on TNMP, but there is in fact a TNMP forum! (And in fact, a different forum exists for TNEW). If you look in the Group Directory in the community sidebar for topical groups, you can join the groups for TNEW and TNMP -- each group has a dedicated discussion forum like this one. They can be a little hard to find, but here's the one for TNMP:

Once you're on the group page, click "Discussions" in the right-sidebar and you'll be there. You can subscribe to those as email lists just like this one.
