In our TNEW 4.5ver - a credit card (CC) # is a required field.
But what to do when a user enters a Gift Certificate that has enough value to cover the purchase and the site is still asking for required CC info?
For example -
user has $200 gift certificate.
purchase totals $100.
user enters in legit, valid gift certificate # and site will not process purchase without required CC info entered into CC fields.
Is there a way around this ?Thanks

Hi Lisa!
In TNEW v5.0, we enhanced the checkout page to remove the credit card entry fields and simply show a complete order/submit button when there is a zero dollar balance left on the order (for either comp tickets or orders being paid in full by a gift certificate.)
