Events on TNEW

Hi All,

We have been asked by someone renting our facility if we can display their event on our TNEW calendar. We will not be selling their tickets. I know I can build a dummy event, but I'd like to know if anyone has a better method of doing something like this.

All ideas are appreciated.

    We set-up a performance in Tessitura ( we are allowed to sell a certain number of seats via phone, window for a rental), and then use 

    TN_Express_Buy_Link_Override - Tickets on Sale now!

     

    TN_Express_Buy_URL_Override goes /single/eventDetail.aspx page where instructions on how to purchase tickets are displayed.
