We just discovered a SOAP API method that's not in the documentation: SendTicketEmail. Is this method supported or experimental or deprecated? What are the correct variations on supplied parameters?
I would also be interested in knowing how and if it can be used.
Mainly because we are going through a scoping phase for how we do eTickets.
