Hello World. I'm looking for Tessitura organizations that are doing online ticket exchanges and It would help me out tremendously if I can be provided with links or working examples.

We have online exchanges, but it's difficult to provide you with links as you have to be a purchaser and logged into your account in order to exchange your tickets. What we have is an order history in My Account. You click on your order number, it opens up similar to the sub-line items and there is a column with check boxes beside any items that are exchangeable. You select all of the items you want to exchange, and select the Exchange button. You are then presented with a pop up that explains the $2.50/ticket exchange fee and are asked to continue or cancel. You are not able to check out until you select a new ticket. You can check out if there is less than $25 remaining in your cart and it will issue you an exchange voucher valid for 3 months from date of issue.
I'm not a programmer so can't begin to tell you what to do, but that gives you an idea. It does do a MOS switch as well to our Internet - Exchange MOS.
