Single Ticket vs Patron Package online

Hi - We are using Performances in TNEW as a band-aid to calendar hold/sell our fundraising event tickets/patron packages online.

Mostly, it's just a place where we can list it. Not many folks are are booking $25,000 patron packages online. However the language is confusing on these pages as default asks folks to "select their seats" and then list the "number of seats" purchased. When in actuality, if you purchase a 25,000 patron package, you receive 12 "seats."

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to modify this in lieu of an elevated events TNEW interface? :-) #waveofthefuture

Thanks for any feedback/ideas! Tricia Milford-Hoyt

  • Thanks so much. Great perspective and I like the way you have classified them as "Host tickets" .... Best - Tric.

  • We use our TNEW 2nd Donation page for selling our gala tickets, though we only sell single tickets. We want to talk with donors buying tables so we have a link for them to contact a Dev officer.

  • We use Price Types for Individual Seat and let’s say for  a table ( 10 seats).  Shopping Cart line items look like that :
