Donated ticket resale online?

Does anyone know if it's possible for the webAPI to treat 'donated for resale' seats as available? Our current implementation appears to ignore seats with a seat_status type of 18.

    In T_DEFAULTS, change the entry for BEST SEAT DONATED SEATS from No to Yes.

    Excellent, thanks Ryan.  We didn't have that line but I've added it.  Does control group apply to this entry (i.e. can I add an entry per organization)?  

    I am also guessing our web implementer would know how to make this switch for SYOS functionality...

    That setting is global, I’m afraid, and doesn’t allow organization-based settings.

     

    The full details about this is in the System Defaults Description documentation.  There is a column in this document that highlights whether a default can be organizationally based or not.
