SMS Performance Reminders

Hi Gregory, 

We are just about to start using SMS messaging. Initially we are thinking of using it with Members, we offer pre-sale notification and not all have email and also for re-newel notices. For customer service if there are any last minute changes to performances, traffic issues etc and similarly with our Education dept. We are being a little more cautious with marketing potential as we can't want customers to feel bombarded. 

We have Wordfly and they offer SMS so it will be fully integrated with Tessitura. There were a few areas we have to consider internally, opt-ins, identifying mobile numbers.
