My Marketing department would like to know if there is a way to track the number of people who looked at buying but ultimately did not complete the order. Is there a way to tell what they were looking at (performance and prices)?
You can do exactly what Nick says.
I am in the middle (it's been quite a while) of creating a report that does this for our Digital and Marketing team; but they wanted some very specific rules about what which customer were returned, based on what the customer bought etc.
