I have created a new report and although it shows up on the selection screen in our TessituraWeb when I try to run it I get "An error occurred while processing your request". This happens before the parameter screen is shown.
This report runs fine from within the actual Tessitura application so I am a little confused what the problem is with Tessitura on the Go.
We have other custom reports that do not have this issue but several that do.
Anyone have any ideas or anything I can check?
I see this post is 6 years old but I just came across the same issue. There is one report in Tess On The Go that gives me "An error occurred while processing your request" when it should be showing me the parameters. The report works fine in the client and I can't see anything about it that's different than any other reports that are working in Tess On The Go.
Any thoughts? Thanks!
