As of noon yesterday all our TNEW orders are being sent this message in their confirmation email:
We're Sorry!There was a problem retrieving your cart contents. Please contact the box office to receive a corrected receipt for this order.
Everything is fine with the order and the confirmation page on line, but the email confirmation contains the error message.
Has anyone else encountered this? Our Customer Service phone reps are being inundated with calls!

Hi Karen,
We seem to be having this same issue with our Tessitura 12.1.2 and TNEW 5.5 versions. Also in our case it is only happening with Contribution transactions. Email receipts for normal orders / ticket purchases are working fine.
Everything is fine with the order and the TNEW confirmation page online, but the email confirmation contains the same error message that you have reported.
