As of noon yesterday all our TNEW orders are being sent this message in their confirmation email:
We're Sorry!There was a problem retrieving your cart contents. Please contact the box office to receive a corrected receipt for this order.
Everything is fine with the order and the confirmation page on line, but the email confirmation contains the error message.
Has anyone else encountered this? Our Customer Service phone reps are being inundated with calls!

It sounds like our web developers need to investigate this, and you should submit a TASK ticket in the Web Products Workspace for our team to look into this for you.
