Hi all,
So I know that the web link for the production season is http://tickets.sampletheatre.org/single/psDetail.aspx?psn=### but can anyone tell me the link for the Production level?
We have events that occur in two locations and we need to report on venue A and venue B separately as Production Seasons. Ideally online we want to link the event to the production, where the customer then chooses the venue they are after before being prompted to choose a date.
Testing so far has resulted in the Production being listed twice in the Event Listing page.
Or if anyone has a better idea I'm all ears!
Thanks,
Tim
Hi Tim,
There's no production level to my knowledge. You can, however, apply a performance keyword at Production level (entered in TR_TKW) for each production then link to your Events Listing page from your main site using the IDs in a token, as in
http://tickets.perthfestival.com.au/single/EventListing.aspx?k=## (##being the ID of the keyword).
or http://tickets.perthfestival.com.au/single/EventListing.aspxsingle/psDetail.aspx?psn=###&k=##
We use keywords to filter both tours and cities.
Then, maybe you can change the link for your Events Page button on the calendar page so it takes the patron back to your main site so you don't have to worry about multiple listings.
If you haven't already seen it, the TNEW site map is at http://www.tessituranetwork.com/tn_express_web_user_guide/Content/Topics/Site%20Map.htm
Cheers,
Kevin
Thanks Kevin, this has given us something promising to consider. :)
