Changing TNEW's skin?

Hi Everyone!

I was wondering if I could get pointed in the right direction. AZO is undergoing a website redevelopment and design...which means a new TNEW site skin, yay!

I wasn't around for the last redesign (and neither was anyone else on my team, for that matter) so we don;t know how to go about changing the skin once the new site is live. Any tips, pointers or where to look to get started would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!!

Caitie

  • First step would be figuring out where your skin is actually hosted. Most sites have TNEW host the skin for you, so you'll need to connect your web developers with support so they can create an appropriate new skin that matches your new site. Alternatively, it is possible to host the TNEW skin on your own servers, in which case you will not need TASK's help with this unless an issue comes up (but your web team would probably know this already).

After you've identified how you're going to modify the skin, either through TNEW or in your self-hosted, you'll want to re-skin your QA site site to test everything out before deploying it to live in concert with your own site changeover.

  • Hi Caitie!

It looks like we host your TNEW template, thus you should submit a TASK ticket and our team would be happy to update your template to match your new design.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you,

    Melissa
