Hide a zone in a facility?

Is it possible to hide one zone in a facility map online? I have looked through the documentation but cannot seem to find it. Is it even possible?

    Hi Janna,

Have you tried checking the disabled box on the zone in the price map in facility manager (v11) or right-clicking on the zone and selecting disable in the pricing layer (v12)?

Really, I just don’t want to display any zone that does not have seats assigned to it. We use the same map over and over for this venue since we have SYOS with TNEW and we didn’t want to purchase multiple maps. We assumed that since no seats were added to the zone, it wouldn’t appear. I think we might just put the last row in this zone at the same price as the others just so it doesn’t say Sold Out.

I can see why that could be confusing! Could they be changed to non-seats for this production?

Is your seatmap hard-coded or does it get built each time from the co-ordinates returned by the API method or otherwise I guess custom web work for this production (though seems a bit much!)

Not aware of anything that could do this other than by simply using hold codes and giving the security permissions to only those users that need them, i.e. probably everyone except Web API?

    Thanks,
