We're considering utilizing an outside sales firm in addition to our box office to push subscription sales. We're in a consortium and not able to provide remote access to Tessitura. Last season we found this to be a challenge maintaining consignment seats, avoiding errors, etc.
I have two questions:
1. Does anyone have experience with this? My thought was to provide them with let's say 6 accounts they can access through TNEW and make live purchases from available inventory. They would just have different credit cards each time.
2. The second and preferred piece would be providing a best seat inventory allocated solely to their use. Can this be accomplished through a promo code? They log into their account, utilize the promo code to access that facility and discount then process the sales?
Any experience, ideas, insight would be deeply appreciated!!!!
