Quick and simple question, if anyone can help please. We have 2 concerts with offers. The offers on both concerts switch MOS from WEB to WEB PROMOTION. When the promotion source codes are submitted concert 1 and concert 2 are both visible but of course only the appropriate source code works for the appropriate concert. Is there a way 'hide" concert 1 when a concert 2 source code is submitted, and vice versa??
Hi Darrell,
You want to hide the concert 1 altogether if the code for the concert 2 is used? I don't think promo codes can make events not appear at all on the web, using allocations you could probably make seats unavailable for purchase on the event but it would still appear.
The alternative would probably be to set up another web promotion MOS and have an alternative one for each of the events with the different code attached to each MOS.
James
Thank you James. Yes, I had thought of another MOS but I think that is something to think about for future reference and at the moment we’ll bear with it. Many thanks.
