I've searched through the forums, but couldn't find any recent messages about this:
If you're using the waiting rooms from either MadeMedia or JCA with RAMP and TNEW, what has your experience with them been like? Anything you love or any major (or small!) caveats? How are they for your giant on-sale days?

We've been using the JCA hosted waiting room with RAMP and TNEW for the last 18 months or so and it has been great. Fairly easy initial setup (thanks RAMP team), easy to configure - we leave the waiting room enabled all the time and haven't had any problems.
Unfortunately, JCA notified us this week that they are getting out of the hosted waiting room business. The early information on the Made Media hosted waiting room looks like it is insanely expensive.
Wish we could convince JCA to continue their offering - or some other vendor to pick it up. I'm not really interested in trying to maintain VWR servers and services for our 1 venue in-house.
I'd be interested to hear anyone else's thoughts on the Made Media offering.
