Waiting Rooms with TNEW

I've searched through the forums, but couldn't find any recent messages about this:

If you're using the waiting rooms from either MadeMedia or JCA with RAMP and TNEW, what has your experience with them been like? Anything you love or any major (or small!) caveats? How are they for your giant on-sale days?

    Hi Twyla!  I'll chime in here! 

    There is going to be a presentation about this at the conference (Web Performance for Large Onsales) that I hope you can attend.  We are currently using both MadeMedia and JCA (depending on the size of the onsale) with RAMP and TNEW, so I'd be happy to help!

    Can you provide a bit more information about what kind of giant onsales you'll be having?  Hundreds of patrons, thousands, tens of thousands?
