CSI Issues with Online Donations

Hi, we just went LIVE on TNEW v5 a couple of weeks ago , during the implementation CSI were working for contribution pages and aux pages.  Now they do not work either and I have opened a ticket with TNEW Helpdesk.

What version of TNEW are you on?

Hi all,

We have online giving set up through ticketing orders as well as the contrib and contrib2 pages. All the money is directed to on account-donations. We have CSIs also set up (in LTR_TNEW_CONTRIB_TYPE) so that we can distinguish which funds these should be directed to however the CSIs are not generating. I'm thinking that we're missing a link somewhere. I wondered about setting up additional on accounts but there would be about 6 for donations alone and that seems excessive.

Does anyone have an idea why these CSIs are not generating?
