REST API: Get all entities for which a property is null?

Using the REST API, how do I get all of a particular entity for which a certain property is null?  For example, I envision a request that looks like this:

https://foo.bar/TessituraService/ReferenceData/Seasons/?ConfirmationNoticeFormat=null
