TNEW extra tix w/pkg

How do I set up single tickets to be purchased online if a pkg is in the cart, using TNEW?  We did it last year but it doesn't seem to be working the same now that we're on TNEW v4.5 & Tessi v12.0.3.  Thanks for your help!

  • OK I added the TN Express keyword to the indiv shows and they are now in the event listing after a pkg is in the cart.

However, it’s listing the subscription discounted ticket prices as well as the Sub Add-on full ticket price.

How do I remove the subscription pricetypes here?

  • Hi Shelley,

If you want the subscription price type to never show up in the single ticket purchase path you can create an entry in the system table called LTR_TN_EXPRESS_WEB_EXCLUDE_PT.

If you want the subscription price type to show up sometimes and not other times when in the single ticket purchase path then you can control those situations by adding offers to the performance.  What I mean is you can create a new source and then add it as an offer simply to act as a gatekeeper that is blocking access to that price type.  It would be a source that no one is meant to use, and if no one uses that source then no one gets that price type.
