Hi
I am trying to make some new performances live on our website; I'm not sure that is possible with-in Tessitura or even connected to it? We have an external IT department, should I get on to them I wonder?
Sorry if this is a silly question I am new-ish to Tess! Thoughts appreciated!
Ciara,
Visibility to the web API (at it's most basic) is set by the "Publish Web Dates" setting in the performance itself.
Of course, your website may well have it's own rules and logic around what can be "seen"

Thanks martin, that was a help. ( got it sorted in the end!)

Hi Ciara,
Performances are made available through the MOS (mode of sale) tab in performance setup. You should have a Web MOS. Having said that though, you do need to have a web developer who integrates your site with Tessitura using the API. Do you have a web developer? If not, I’m sure a lot of people would have suggestions. We use Vermont Design Works and I’m very happy with them. Hope that helps.
