CC declines by Intrix

Hello,

Is anyone having problems with customers from Asian nations oversees having their credit card declined by Intrix ?

Specifically, we have seen patrons from Japan and Hong Kong getting their cards declined when placing purchases on our website, despite being able to use the same credit cards on other American websites.

According to Intrix, they are saying that the bank that issues the card is declining the transaction. This seems to be happening more frequently.
