New Pricing Set up in V12

Hello,

With the new pricing structure in V12, we are wondering what impact it might have to existing SOAP API calls or perhaps some of the custom stored procedures we have? Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks!

    Hi Amy,

We just went live with v12 today. From what we saw in our testing, the SOAP API calls continue to work as they did previously. We did not have to make any coding changes to our web site to handle the pricing.

In terms of custom stored procedures, modifications will likely need to be made. Tessitura has some bridge views and functions for the pricing changes that can be used, or you can update to reference the new tables directly. The Preparing Customizations for Tessitura v12 ( http://www.tessituranetwork.com/network/Learning/Documentation/v12/Preparing%20Customizations%20for%20v12.aspx ) document is a good one to look at for more details on this.

    I hope that helps!

    Thanks,
    David
