We do not print paper gift certificates but rather print them on ticket stock. Is there a way to batch print those gift certificates? I have TNEW 4.5 and Tessitura 11
I’m interested in this issue as well. We just implemented online gift certificates but it occurred to me that they wouldn’t print out during my normal batch printing since they have nothing to do with a performance.

We created a custom report that lists all GC's purchased without tickets and any purchased using the deliver by email delivery method. A lead hand runs this report daily and manually prints anything on the report.
Is there a way to do this without customization?
