Are there any TNEW customers who are using Tessitura to manage volunteer schedules online? Do you use an on-line rewards/recognition program, as well?

I am a new employee hired for House Manager, and I will be managing our volunteers. I have been both learning and researching a better model on how to track, record, schedule and reward our vols. Because I'm still in training on the full capabilities of Tessitura, any and all suggestions as to developing vol. schedules/rewards, etc, would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot think of any TNEW examples off the top of my head, but you might want to cross-post this question in the TN Express Web User Group as well.

I know Brian Graham at Arena Stage has done some ridiculously cool pre-cart TNEW customization to allow ushers to pick their dates and schedules online, you might want to reach out to him about it.
Otherwise, when I was at Woolly Mammoth, we scheduled our ushers into fake seats in each performance, so that the box office could manage their schedules for them.
