Order of package listing

Hello everyone, me again seeking a quick and understandable solution.

We have "soft" launched our 2014 season on T-New.  Now "we" don't like the order in which our subscription packages are listed.  What determines the order they are listed and can I can I amend it to match the name order they are listed in our new 2014 brochure?

    hi Darrell,

The order depends on which package has the earliest start date, not on alphabetical sort.

Given your packages are in the same season, I think the best solution is to list the packages on your local site (Ionata site) with links to the package pages.

We have a season for every city where we have concerts and hence make use of the package season page like at http://tickets.musicaviva.com.au/subscription/packages.aspx?season=391 this is then alphabetical because the start dates are the same.

    cheers,

    Kevin
