Is anyone out there using Tessitura as an authenticator for something that doesn't necessarily revolve around a transaction of any sort (e.g. logging into an app to get a personalized experience)? It seems like a logical route to take since we're heading down the path of letting our constituents log into a few different digital platforms (kiosks, web, app - most of which will include transactions and some which may not) with the same credentials so I'm curious if anyone else has done it and how it's working both from an administration perspective as well as in terms of load and response time.
Thanks!
Hi Kjersten -
We're using it for a WordPress instance to create and authenticate users via Tessitura to allow them in special access areas of a spin-off site. It's only in testing phase right now, so I can't give you any data about loads, but it is only for a small sub set of users so we're not anticipating high load.
Fingers crossed that it works well. :D

Way cool Heather. Thanks. I'll pass that on to the team. I hope it goes well!
