We are preparing to request builds of the HTML version of our SYOS maps in TNEW but I've been unable to find any documentation regarding what we will need to get started.
Has anyone gone through this process and can share their experience or is there documentation somewhere (without submitting a ticket) that I can get basic information on what Tessitura needs from us before submitting the request for new maps.
I'm mostly looking for information to give to our designer in regards to parameters for the design of the new maps/pop-ups/etc and types of files to submit when making the request.
We are in process of building HTML5 SYOS map for our mobile site ( it is the same process) – we started by submitting a ticket Footprints / Web Products workspace.

Hello Destiny and Thank you Sabina,
To get started converting your existing Flash SYOS maps to the new HTML5 format (or to request a new facility map in HTML5 SYOS) please submit a TASK ticket in the web products workspace. The HTML5 SYOS application requires that you are on the latest version of whichever web product(s) you are requesting the maps for (TN Express Web v4.5, TN Social Ticket v1.5 and TN Mobile Plus v1.5). If you are not on the current version, we will walk you through the upgrade process first.
The conversion process generally takes about two weeks. We will need an example performance that is on sale to the web to represent each facility you'd like converted (this can be from your live or test site). As you may recall, with the previous version of SYOS we needed to build out your maps for each individual zone map. One main benefit of this new SYOS application is that it is built at the facility level, and will respond dynamically to existing and new zone maps you create for the facility. Therefore, we only need an example performance for each facility.
Also, if you have a specific color scheme you'd like us to display to distinguish your price zones, please provide a list of hex colors for us to incorporate.
