Help with GA Packages

Hi,

We're about to start some new subscription packages for our Neighborhood Concert Series and are having difficulty getting them on sale online. The big difference between these Neighborhood packages and our existing packages are that the Neighborhoods contain four general admission performances.

When we try adding these to the shopping cart, we are returned with an error message "One of the price types submitted is not associated with the Mode of Sale submitted for the performance or package requested." (Full Error Message below). However, Neighborhooods are set up with the same Mode of Sale and Package Price Type as other existing packages, so I cannot figure out what's triggering that.

Is there something about the GA price zones that is preventing the reservations? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

  • Hi Eric!

Have you double checked that the price type is available to the web security group? Other items I always checked when I was with the Kansas City Symphony was

    • Price type dates are correct
    • TX_MOS_Pricetype
    • Web User Group has access to both the MOS & the price type
    • In packages set up that the MOS and Pricetype had valid beginning and end dates.
    • in facility set up that you've added the desired MOS in allocations

    Hope this helps!
