We use the Boca Lemur printers. We set the font selection in printer properties to Multilingual Latin 1(850). This has worked for printing special characters on tickets. Unfortunately it hasn't worked for š. We just get a dot.
Does someone have a solution to recommend?

While we've never had a problem specific to one special character, we recently went through some special character printing woes which our IT peeps fixed by tinkering with 'Boca Configuration and Test,' an ancillary program which Boca provided us with after contacting them for support. Unfortunately I can't tell you exactly what we did with it, but it's probably worth a shot!
