Comp Report

Is there a report that breaks down comps by the comp code (artist, staff, customer service, etc.)? Can't find one in the canned reports, as a list or in TStats.

  • Hi Ellen,

You can see a breakdown in Season Overview in the Season Manager module. There is a comp detail tab. I think there might also be some shared reports on TASK.

    Hope that helps.

  • I have a custom SSRS report I could share if you are interested. It can be viewed by season summary or all the way down to one performance, and then can export to excel to get constituent details for each of those comps. Let me know if you're interested...

  • Also, Price Type Reason is an option in T-Stats in the tickets cube (under Ticket Order Details).

  • Hi Beth,

Would you be able to share this report on TASK or email me the files?  Been searching for a report like this for ages!

    Thanks,

    JH.

  • Jerry-

Sure! It was an early SSRS report we created, and not beautiful, but it works for us. Your Tessitura administrator(s) should be able to help install it. The SQL code is in the SSRS dataset itself, not a stored procedure, so there's only one "file" to install. We are on v11, if that makes a difference.

When you run the report in Tessitura, it only shows summary info - but if you export to csv, you'll see a line with names for each of the buyers. You'll certainly have to customize for your organization's use.

You can download the SSRS rdl zip from my profile files here.

    Hope that helps!
