Is anyone using Tessitura to sell Merchandise/Concessions? We would love to hear how you implemented it/how it works for your venue.

We also use Tessitura for our online sales. Shop sales are recorded as fees in a ticketing order so it is not possible to report through Tessitura on what items have sold, this is done through the ubercart module we use. The main benefit of this is allowing a mixed shop/ticket basket which we were unable to do previously.
