Good day,At Bass Hall - Fort Worth, we recently flipped the full-time Tessitura switch. Our Box Office asked a question:If a patron purchases a subscription package, the order can be completed without printing tickets to the shows within the package. This allows us to print all tickets separately for the performances within the package, and mail the individual show tickets (included in one sheet) to the patron. When a patron purchases a subscription package, and within the same order adds another performance that is not part of the package, the tickets to the individual show print AND the tickets to every show within the package print. This is not a huge problem, but a real nuisance. Is there a way to print tickets to only the add-on performances, where those performances are part of an order that also includes a package? In our "newness" I suspect we've overlooked some things, and any comments will be welcome.RegardsWendell Baskin
Another thought:
Have you checked under CAMPAIGNS and then REFERENCES to see what your settings are for that MOS under the “MUST BE TICKETED” column. If there is a check mark in the box, then you would have to print the tickets and if there isn’t a check mark, you can save the order without printing. If that is set that way, then you can print off line items in an order. If you go to the “Sub Line Item” tab, you can highlight the specific line items you want to print and then click the “Print ticket” button at the bottom of the screen. I know that’s a few extra steps, but you can certainly print specific tickets.
If you want a phone walk through on that, let me know, I’m happy to give you a call.

Thank you, Bill.
I thought of a separate order, though the Box Office isn’t too keen. However, that may be our best solution.

We had run into the same situation a couple of seasons ago. What we ended up doing is creating a separate MOS (Subscription Add-On) and built those tickets in separate orders. It makes it much easier to print those tickets separately.
