Printing Header

If you go to Campaings, Referneces and then to the MOS tab you can assign a default header per each of your MOS. Just select your header in the Defult Header Format column.

When selecting HEADER to print we only have one choice - but it defaults to (none) and we have

to open the drop down menu and select that one option for Header.  Is there a way to make this the default some we only have to check HEADER box?  Please, thank you.
