Does anybody have a modified version of the performance sales analysis report with NO prices. I would like to schedule such a report to be sent to the agents who are bugging me about how the ticket sales are going for the shows.  They don't need to see the money just how many seats.  Thanks for your help

    Dashboards can be set up to be accessed outside of Tessitura as well. I get the part about not wanting to be bugged. :-)

    Yes but we want to schedule the report to be sent to the agent automatically. It is no fun when they nag the box office manager.

    I have a custom report that just shows tickets by tier. Wouldn't a Dashboard work better though?

    This report does give a raw number that works - even before performances have occurred.

    If you don't want this number to include comps you could select only the paid price types you are using on the given performance(s).

    It appears that this is a post-performance report. I am trying to get pre-performance counts of how many ticket are sold. The agents are interested in knowing how ticket sales are going..

    How about using attendance by performance report?  Might serve you well.
