Hi Everyone
I am trying to import a ticket order and keep getting the following error: Cannot convert a char value to money. The char value has incorrect syntax. I have been importing daily and have not had this error before. I must be missing something but everything seems to be in the same format as every other import.
Has anyone else had this error?

Thank you everyone. Problem solved. It was an excel issue.

I have now resolved this issue - There was a blank column in the import file that was causing the error.
If anyone else has this error and comes across this thread I recommend checking for that!
Hi Ben, ah yes the 'blank column' issue. I went through my notes yesterday and I just could not find it for you. Well done you for figuring it out! Jenn
