Hi Everyone
I am trying to import a ticket order and keep getting the following error: Cannot convert a char value to money. The char value has incorrect syntax. I have been importing daily and have not had this error before. I must be missing something but everything seems to be in the same format as every other import.
Has anyone else had this error?

Bit of a long shot since this was 7 years ago but just wondering if you can remember what the excel issue was that caused this error to happen for you?
I'm currently getting the same problem when trying to do an order import and can't see any difference between the excel file that's not working and the ones that have...
