Hi Everyone
I am trying to import a ticket order and keep getting the following error: Cannot convert a char value to money. The char value has incorrect syntax. I have been importing daily and have not had this error before. I must be missing something but everything seems to be in the same format as every other import.
Has anyone else had this error?
Kind Regards
Mellita - Melbourne Theatre company
Thank you! I am looking into receiving the data from the PAC as one row per seat and I think that will resolve this issue.

I've used the Order Import/Export routines a lot to swap data with both other Tessitura organisations and ticket sellers (such as Ticketmaster). I always (where possible) prefer data to be supplied as a single seat per line of data.
I understand the complexities of importing orders but it can be a bit ticklish and the errors not always easy to decode/fix. But when it works, it's a wonderful thing!

Yes, the seats in the order are in multiple sections for the seated facility and the same section for the general admission facility, but each row has only seats in the same section and row and which are in a seat range.
Section - GA Row - GA Seats 75-78
Section - MRC Row - E Seats 4-5
It only does this for the constituent of General Admission ... so weird. If I give each individual seat its own row, it works.
