I am not finding any maps that will show me Sold or Used, vs Open, vs Hold. Can anyone give me some guidance. Otherwise, I going to have to hand color a black map. Yikes!

I'm not sure if I'm understanding you correctly but if you run the "House Map Print" report in the ticketing box office report folder I think you will get what you are looking for.
Or if you want to print a color seat map you could simply take a screenshot of the seat map in season manager-house view (Alt+Print Screen) paste it into something like a word document, crop it and print it to a color printer.

Thanks Ryan, that really does help….I haven’t had much call to use Season Manager yet (just placing holds and allocations) so I haven’t discovered all it’s many wonders. Thanks for the tip! ALT+ Print Screen….now it’s off to edit/crop. What a time saver!
