We currently limit a patron to 10 seats for a performance.
We have some ticket brokers (some may call them scalpers) that purchased seats for several performances, with about 5-6 seats per show, and about 30 seats in the total order. As a result the email generated by the Print At Home service exceeded size limitations and the patron (scalper) did not receive the PAH tickets (and we can't regenerate the PAH email).
We created an internal procedure for Box Office personnel if a patron wants more than 10 seats (with PAH).But we're unsure about web orders that contain more than 10 seats.
For web orders, can you set a maximum amount of seats for the entire order? In our environment, in LTR_TN_EXPRESS_WEB_DEFAULTS, Max Seats = 10
Is a TNEW customization suggested?
Most brokers in this area don't chargeback non-sold seats, but we are having separate discussions on selling to them.I know this is a recurring issue for most organizations, and your comments may help our management.

BTW: I'm a little bummed out about the Gaylord Texan for 2014, but I'm sure it will be great
