Good day, everyone.At Bass Hall - Fort Worth, this past July 1 we finally turned on everything in Tessitura.After the TLCC experience we will now begin some changes.For web orders our current order confirmation contains the order number in the body of the email.But, that order number is not included Subject line of the email message.Are there organizations that include the order number in the Subject line?If so, does this additional data help?I don't want to consider the update if it's not worth the effort.I have a copy of the order confirmation code.I don't know how to make that update, but we probably have someone that does.However, we would be grateful for any examples.Best RegardsWendell Baskinwbaskin@basshall.com
We include the order number in the subject line of our e-mailed order confirmations. It makes it easier to find in my inbox (I get a copy of every confirmation).
