Hello! Does anyone have any insights into updating the wording on your PAH option? The template is staying the same, but the "important information" below the actual PAH ticket is what we are trying to update. Anytime we try to open the file from RAMP it does not open properly. HELP! I am fairly new to Tessitura and need help on how to update our PAH.

What the file extension? I have always received a PDF's from RAMP. I am almost 100% positive you will need to open the template in acrobat and edit the text.
