I've scanned in some documents to be stored in a patron's record. I attached these under documents but it has a document type of "package" and I can't open the files. Somehow I could do this at another company but I can't figure out how to add a recognition of this type of document. I tested adding a Word document and the document type automatically changes to Word Document, which is what it's supposed to do. Does this really not recognize PDFs?
